Poipu Kai Cottage with Swimming Pool

Our 2650 sf two-bedroom, three-bath, single-story “Poipu Kai” Cottage was recently remodeled by James Parsonson and is simply spectacular. The cottage now has an open living, dining and kitchen design, two master suites, a den, and a large media room, and is furnished with a casual elegance.

Our Poipu Kai Cottage is complete with comfortable custom furnishings, Hawaiiana artwork, hardwood and slate floors, an excellent audio system - inside and out, and a terrific kitchen with a Viking six-burner gas range and a dual oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and two freezer drawers, and a quiet KitchenAid dishwasher.

Both master suites in our “Poipu Kai” Cottage include Simmons Beautyrest pillow top king beds with fine linens, and beautiful bathrooms with custom ceramic tile.

The den includes a handsome work space with high speed internet access, as well as a Simmons Beautyrest twin bed for a third sleeping area for one.

The media room features comfortable chairs with ottomans and an audio/video system including a 50” HD TV, DVD and CD players. Its inviting window seat looks out to the large kidney-shaped swimming pool and pool-side lounge chairs. The third bathroom is located off the media room.

The outdoor entertainment area includes a dining area, a gas barbecue and an ice maker. The lava rock walls, bamboo fencing, tiki torches, tropical landscaping, outdoor shower and water gardens complete the outstanding yard.

The home's concrete construction creates privacy within the cottage and is a nice cool change from the island’s typical "board n batt" construction. There are quiet ceiling fans throughout.

Digital cable including HBO, HD and music channels, internet service, telephone, plenty of bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers and washer/dryer included.

Our “Poipu Kai” Cottage also includes tennis privileges at the Poipu Kai Tennis Club.
